• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client requirements. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to clients. • Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while achieving revenue targets. • Monitor client accounts, resolve any issues, and ensure timely delivery of services. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic growth. • Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain high satisfaction levels. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or sales, ideally within the digital media or technology sector.
